What am I supposed to do when I can't stay that long

When I have to go outside I just fly far off base
It's so easy for my brain to default to worst case

And the only thing that keeps me sane
Is what drives me up the wall

Grab a beer and sit inside keep the windows open
Got some baseball on TV to keep me from moping

Heavy metal is my vice I need some distortion
Giant amps and bigger riffs in excessive portions

All this music is my life and my prime distraction
No one listens I don't care I just gain my traction
